about

#59.
Un-public Sunday afternoon session on July 7th 2019 at La Générale, avenue Parmentier, Paris XI, France. With Jungju An (modular synthesizer), Sojung Jun (voice), Christine Böll (voice), Rébus (micro-electronics, dictaphone), Har$ (dictaphones, iPad)

Thanks to Yungyuan Chen who provided the recording of her reading from the work of the Japanese poet Misuzu Kaneko, used in uP 258.
"Ik wil de weg", also used in uP 258, is from a pre-recording of the eponymous ∞ , everlasting, ookoi/Stduio work, originally thought up by Peter Mertens FPCM.

Sojung can be heard reciting from Yi Sang's Japanese poem 'Au magasin de nouveautés' and quotes from 1930's newspaper advertisements.
Christine recited from Alphonse de Lamatine's poem « Le Lac », and read from « La vie à fil tendu », by Georges Charpak & Dominique Saudinos.
